The security industry is changing fast, and people are looking for clarity, connection, opportunity, and a community that reflects the work they do. CSC was created to meet that need.

We’re a national initiative strengthening Canada’s security workforce and the community behind it. Our collective brings together the people who shape this industry - leaders, quiet fixers, bold thinkers, newcomers, frontline professionals, integrators, consultants, and technologists. Titles and backgrounds don’t separate us. Shared values, purpose, and action bring us together.

CSC builds real pathways into security by connecting employers, job seekers, educators, and partners. Through recruiting, onboarding, events, and programs, we support people at every stage of their journey and help them navigate a sector that’s evolving quickly.

But more than anything, CSC is a community. A place where people can connect, learn from one another, and contribute to a stronger, more inclusive security ecosystem.
